Here at Miranda’s we believe in utilizing everything that can still be preserved. While preserving furniture we remain true to our environmental practices. We take pride in every furniture item we preserve as some pieces might need a new color coat, knobs, sanding, or a total restoration. Every item is professionally cleaned; we guaranty that very item is functional and ready for its new home.

DELIVERIES

Delivery to site only.

Mirandas will deliver only to the front door of the customer. We will not carry furniture into the customers home or office. No deliveries to the 2nd floor of the customers home or office. Customer is responsible for proper measurements necessary to move furniture inside the home or office and personal assistance to move item indoors.

Delivery time is determined according to customer volume, delivery location and truck capacity.

No promise is made as to the exact time of delivery. Customer will be given an estimated time of day. Delivery will be either morning, afternoon or evening.

We reserve the right to reschedule delivery appointments.

Miranda’s Offers Delivery at an additional fee. We make no profit on deliveries. Deliveries are made as a courtesy to our customers that cannot pickup due to lack of time, vehicle, etc.

This is only for single items, does not included our airbnb packages.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Local- Warehouse pick-ups are all final sales

Home/Office Delivery- Once purchased items are viewed and approved all sales are final.

Once delivered if you do not approve of item you will receive a full refund on item, but the delivery fee will not be reimbursed.

Disapproval will only be valid while our delivery staff is still present.

LOCAL PICK UP

Customers shall provide their own assistance to load merchandise for self-pick up. Staff will not provide assistance loading; staff can only provide loading equipment such as dollies ect. Customer shall be responsible for securing all loaded merchandise and shall provide all ropes, ties, blankets, and straps necessary to safely secure furniture into customers vehicle.

Failure to pick up after 48 hours shall pay a fee, unless agreed upon otherwise.
