Item Information and Payment FAQ

I have more questions about an item, who can I contact?

We do our best to state every detail of every item in the description but, if you have any questions, you can contact us. We can be reached through email, or you can call us directly during in store business hours.

How do you ensure us that the items are accurately being shown?

We have invested in professional studio equipment in order to capture every detail on each furniture piece. This allows us to present the furniture to you online as accurately as they’ll look in person.

Are the items used?

Most of our items are pre-loved meaning that they received proper care and are still in great shape. Our team takes the time to seek out pieces that are in the best shape to ensure years of durability upon purchase. We also carry overstock items and those are new items.

In what condition will we receive the items?

When you purchase from us, we ensure that all items are as described. Our team takes the time to properly clean and disinfect each piece and properly describe each item online.

Delivery and Pick-Up FAQ

Do you deliver?

Yes we do deliver. Its a flat fee, does not matter how many items are being delivered to your home.

What cities do you deliver to, and do you charge?

We have a 50 mile radius for delivery. Once you check out & input your address our system will calculate the cost based on your location. If our system is not giving you delivery options please contact us.

After purchasing when will I be contacted for a delivery?

Depending on day/date expect to be contacted within 24 hours.

Will my items be delivered inside my home?

No, items will only be delivered to your front door.

Do I need to be home when you deliver?

No, you do not have to be home when we deliver. But we do recommend someone is home when we deliver furniture to an apartment complex.

If you do not deliver in my area does that mean I cannot purchase?

You can still purchase and pick up in person. Or you can contact us & we can arrange something for you.

Where do I pick up an item I purchased?

You can pick up at our warehouse. 4520 E State Hwy 140 Merced Ca

Do I need to bring anything on my pickup day?

Yes, we recommend you bring a confirmation email or receipt. We also recommend you bring help and anything else needed to keep your furniture safe.

Once I purchase an item how long many days do I have until I pick up?

Failure to pick up after 48 hours shall pay a fee, unless agreed upon otherwise.

Return/Exchange and Warranty FAQ

The item I purchased was too big can I return or exchange?

No, All dimensions will be stated before you purchase.

Do you offer exchanges or returns on any items?

Once you inspect and approve of an item all sales are final. This applies for self-pick-up at our warehouse or delivery to your home.
